Ingredients
- 120 g gluten free self raising flour
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 medium sized banana mashed
- 1 egg
- 40 g dairy free spread melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 oC
- Mix together the brown sugar, mashed banana, egg and melted dairy free spread
- Stir in the flour and ground cinnamon
- Grease a mini donut mould tray
- Pipe in the batter until each mould is 3/4 full
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
- Allow to cool and sit with icing sugar or cinnamon sugar
