Gluten and Dairy Free Mini Banana Bread Donuts

  • 120 g gluten free self raising flour
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 medium sized banana mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 40 g dairy free spread melted


  • Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  • Mix together the brown sugar, mashed banana, egg and melted dairy free spread
  • Stir in the flour and ground cinnamon
  • Grease a mini donut mould tray
  • Pipe in the batter until each mould is 3/4 full
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
  • Allow to cool and sit with icing sugar or cinnamon sugar
