Ingredients
- 2 apples cored and halved
- 2 tbsps maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cashew or peanuts
- 6 tbsps dairy free yoghurt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 oC
- Mix together the maple syrup and ground cinnamon
- Place the apples skin side down in a casserole dish
- Drizzle with the maple syrup mix
- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until the apples are soft
- Spoon the yoghurt onto two plates and top with the baked apples and sprinkle on the cashew nuts
