Ingredients
- 2 gluten free hot dog buns
- 2 gluten free hot dog sausages
- 1 red onion diced
- 40 g chorizo diced
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsps dairy free cheese
- salt and pepper for seasoning
- 1 tbsp tomato salsa
Instructions
- Heat a shallow frying or grill pan
- Toast the rolls in the dry pan for a couple of minutes on each side
- Add the hot dog sausages and cook for a couple of minutes on each
- Add in the chorizo and onion and cook for another 5 minutes
- Place the hot dog sausages into the buns
- Mash the aovcado and season with salt and pepper
- Spread on top of the hot dogs
- Sprinkle on the sauted chorizo and red onion
- Top with some grated dairy free cheese and tomato salsa
