  • 2 gluten free hot dog buns
  • 2 gluten free hot dog sausages
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 40 g chorizo diced
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsps dairy free cheese
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 1 tbsp tomato salsa


  • Heat a shallow frying or grill pan
  • Toast the rolls in the dry pan for a couple of minutes on each side
  • Add the hot dog sausages and cook for a couple of minutes on each
  • Add in the chorizo and onion and cook for another 5 minutes
  • Place the hot dog sausages into the buns
  • Mash the aovcado and season with salt and pepper
  • Spread on top of the hot dogs
  • Sprinkle on the sauted chorizo and red onion
  • Top with some grated dairy free cheese and tomato salsa
