Serves 2


  • 400g frozen oven chips
  • 2 gluten free sausages, diced
  • 1 pepper, diced
  • large handful of dairy free cheese, grated
  • 2 spring onions, diced
  • 1 tablespoons dairy free mayonnaise
  • sprinkle of chilli flakes


  1. Cook the oven chips according to the instructions on the packet
  2. In a shallow pan, over a medium heat, cook the sausages and peppers for about 8 minutes
  3. Place the chips into a heat-proof serving bowl
  4. Top with the sausages, peppers and grated cheese
  5. Return to the oven for 5 minutes
  6. Top with the mayo, spring onions and chilli flakes
  7. Enjoy
