Gluten and Dairy Free Honey Sriracha Beef

  • 500g beef steak, cut into strips
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • salt and pepper, for seasoning


  1. Whisk together the honey, sriracha sauce and rice vinegar
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Cover the beef strips
  4. Marinade in the fridge for a couple of hours
  5. Heat a grill pan on a medium to high heat
  6. Sear the beef for a couple of minutes on each side
  7. Serve with oven roasted vegetables and fries
