Haddock Pasta Bake

  • 150 g gluten free pasta
  • 1 large slice of haddock
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 150 g cubed smoked bacon
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 150 ml dairy free cream
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • large handful of dairy free cheese grated


  • Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet
  • Microwave the fish for 2 minutes, remove the skin and flake the fish
  • Place a shallow pan over a medium heat and add the onion, bacon and garlic
  • Sauté for 5 minutes
  • Stir in the dairy free cream and fish
  • Simmer for a couple of minutes
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Sprinkle in the dill and three quarters of the grated cheese
  • Stir until the cheese has melted then mix in the pasta
  • Pour into a casserole dish and top with the rest of the cheese
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 oC
