Serves 2


  • 150g gluten free pasta
  • 100g green beans, cut in half
  • 3 slices smoked bacon, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons gluten and dairy free pesto


  1. Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet
  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a shallow pan
  3. Saute the bacon and green beans for 5 minutes
  4. Stir in the pesto and cooked pasta
  5. Serve with a green salad
