Ingredients
- 150g gluten free pasta
- 100g green beans, cut in half
- 3 slices smoked bacon, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons gluten and dairy free pesto
Method
- Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a shallow pan
- Saute the bacon and green beans for 5 minutes
- Stir in the pesto and cooked pasta
- Serve with a green salad
