  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon molasses or treacle


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
