  • 250 ml dairy free milk
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 tbsps maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder


  • Pour the milk and water into a saucepan over a medium heat
  • Bring to a gentle simmer then turn down the heat
  • Whisk in the maple syrup, cinnamon , ginger and cocoa powder
  • Stir continuously until well combined
  • Pour into a mug and top with some dairy free whipping cream and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon and ginger
