Ingredients
- 250 ml dairy free milk
- 50 ml water
- 2 tbsps maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Pour the milk and water into a saucepan over a medium heat
- Bring to a gentle simmer then turn down the heat
- Whisk in the maple syrup, cinnamon , ginger and cocoa powder
- Stir continuously until well combined
- Pour into a mug and top with some dairy free whipping cream and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon and ginger
