  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 tbsps dairy free coconut yoghurt
  • 3 tbsps mandarin oranges
  • 1 tbsp gluten free granola
  • 2 slices orange


  • Place the frozen banana, dairy free coconut yoghurt and mandarin oranges in a blender
  • Blitz until smooth and creamy
  • Pour into a bowl and top with the gluten free granola and orange slices
