  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 tbsps manadrin oranges
  • 100 ml cranberry juice
  • 3 tbsps dairy free natural yoghurt


  • Place the frozen banana, mandarin oranges, cranberry juice and dairy free yoghurt in a blender
  • Blitz until smooth
  • Pour into a large glass
