Gluten and Dairy Free Coconut and Mango Porridge

  • 40 g gluten free oats
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 mango peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut


  • Place the oats, cinnamon, maple syrup and water in a small saucepan over a medium heat
  • Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes
  • Pour into a bowl
  • Top with the mango and desiccated coconut
