Gluten and Dairy Free Cinnamon Toast

  • 2 slices gluten free bread
  • 15g dairy free spread
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2-1 Tsp ground cinnamon


  • Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  • Mix together the dairy free spread, brown sugar and cinnamon
  • Spread on the bread and place on a baking sheet
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
  • Serve with dusted with icing sugar and some fresh berries
