Ingredients
For the blondies:
- 110 g dairy free spread melted
- 150 g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 125 g gluten free plain flour
For the cinnamon swirl:
- 30 g dairy free spread melted
- 50 g brown sugar
- 2 tsps cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 oC
- Line an 8" square cake tin with baking parchment
- Stir the melted dairy free spread and brown sugar together
- Whisk in the egg and vailla extract
- Fold in the flour and pour into the cake tin
- Make the cinnamon swirl by stirring together the melted dairy free spread, brown sugar and cinnamon
- Swirl through the cake batter
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
- Allow to cool and then cut into bars
