Serves 1


  • 50g gluten free porridge oats
  • 350ml water or dairy free milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sultanas
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Mix the oats, milk or water and honey in a small saucepan
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes
  3. Pour into a bowl
  4. Stir together the brown sugar and cinnamon
  5. Put on top of the porridge, the heat will melt it
  6. Sprinkle on the sultanas
