Ingredients

  • 4 slices gluten free fruit bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsps dairy free milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp caster sugar

Instructions

  • In a bowl whisk together the eggs, dairy free milk and sugar
  • Add a drizzle of olive oil to a shallow pan over a medium heat
  • Dip the gluten free fruit bread into the egg mixture and place immediately into the frying pan
  • Cook on each side for a couple of minutes or until golden brown
  • Serve with your favourite French toast toppings
