Cinnamon Raisin French Toast
French Toast made with lightly spiced cinnamon and raisin bread

Ingredients
- 4 slices gluten free fruit bread
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsps dairy free milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp caster sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk together the eggs, dairy free milk and sugar
- Add a drizzle of olive oil to a shallow pan over a medium heat
- Dip the gluten free fruit bread into the egg mixture and place immediately into the frying pan
- Cook on each side for a couple of minutes or until golden brown
- Serve with your favourite French toast toppings
