For the filling:

  • 90 G Gluten free digestive biscuits Crushed
  • 30 G Dairy free cream cheese
  • 75 G Christmas mincemeat
  • 1 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 50 G Dairy free dark chocolate Melted

For the Coating:

  • 100 G Dairy free dark chocolate Melted
  • 30 G Dairy free white chocolate Melted


  • Mix together the crushed gluten free digestives, Christmas mincemeat, dairy free cream cheese, icing sugar and melted dairy free dark chocolate
  • Place in the fridge to firm up, about one hour
  • Divide into 10, roll into balls and place on a sheet of baking paper
  • Dip in the melted dark chocolate and place back in the fridge to set
  • Decorate with the melted dairy free white chocolate
