  • 170 g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 175 ml dairy free milk
  • 60 g dairy free spread melted
  • 250 g Christmas mincemeat
  • 300 g gluten free self raising flour


  • Preheat the oven to 170 oC
  • Grease and line a loaf tin
  • Whisk together the caster sugar, eggs, dairy free milk and melted dairy free spread
  • Stir in the gluten free flour and mincemeat
  • Spoon into the loaf tin
  • Bake for 50 minutes
  • Remove from the loaf tin and allow to cool
  • Dust with icing sugar before serving
