  • 40 g gluten free porridge oats
  • 300 ml water or dairy free milk
  • 1 pear peeled and halved
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
  • 4 small squares dairy free chocolate
  • sprinkle of cinnamon


  • Mix the oats and milk or water in a small saucepan
  • Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes
  • Stir in the dark chocolate squares
  • Pour into a bowl
  • Top with the pistachios, pear and a dusting of cinnamon
