Serves 1


  • 100ml orange juice
  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop dairy free protein powder, optional
  • 1 tablespoon mandarin oranges, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free granola
  • couple of squares of dairy free dark chocolate


  1. Place the orange juice, bananas, cocoa powder and protein powder (if using) in a blender and blitz until smooth
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with the oranges, chocolate and granola
