• 180ml dairy free single cream
  • 50g dairy free dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons coconut condensed milk
  • 90ml brandy


  1. Place the dairy free cream, dairy free dark chocolate and coconut condensed milk in a saucepan
  2. Heat gently until smooth and well combined, about 5 minutes
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the brandy
  4. Allow to cool
  5. Pour into a bottle and store in the fridge for up to 1 month
  6. Shake well before serving to make sure any of the chocolate hasn’t settled
