Ingredients
- 180ml dairy free single cream
- 50g dairy free dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons coconut condensed milk
- 90ml brandy
Directions
- Place the dairy free cream, dairy free dark chocolate and coconut condensed milk in a saucepan
- Heat gently until smooth and well combined, about 5 minutes
- Remove from the heat and stir in the brandy
- Allow to cool
- Pour into a bottle and store in the fridge for up to 1 month
- Shake well before serving to make sure any of the chocolate hasn’t settled
