Ingredients

  • 100 g dairy free coconut yoghurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp cashew nut butter
  • 2 tsps cocoa powder

Toppings:

  • 2 squares dairy free dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp gluten free granola
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 4 strawberries halved

Instructions

  • Place the dairy free coconut yoghurt, frozen banana, cashew nut butter and cocoa powder
  • Blitz until smooth
  • Pour into a bowl and sprinkle on your favourite toppings
