Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts diced
- 55 ml tamari
- 2 tbsps brown sugar
- 2 tbsps cornstarch
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 onion diced
- 2 tomatoes quartered
- 1 pepper diced
Instructions
- Whisk together the tamari, brown sugar, cornstarch, ground ginger and pour over the diced chicken
- If you have time, leave to marinade in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight
- Heat the olive oil in a large shallow pan over a medium to high heat
- Add in the chicken with the marinade sauce and saute for 5 minutes
- Add in the onion, pepper and tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through
- Season to taste and then serve witth boiled rice
