Ingredients
- 2 gluten free rolls
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 tbsps tomato pizza or pasta sauce
- 2 tbsps dairy free cheese grated
- 6 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper for seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 oC
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the juices run clear
- Top the chicken with the pizza sauce, dairy free cheese and pepperoni
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes
- Warm the buns in the oven for a couple of minutes
- Place the chicken in the buns and serve
