  • 1 egg
  • 200ml dairy free cream
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 15g dairy free spread
  • 4┬áslices gluten free bread
  • 3 tablespoons pitted cherries
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Grease 2 ramekins or large coffee mugs
  3. Whisk together the eggs, cream and caster sugar
  4. Butter the bread slices and cut into small pieces
  5. Place half the bread in the base of the ramekins, butter side up
  6. Top with half the cherries and chocolate chips
  7. Add in the remaining bread, cherries and chocolate chips
  8. Pour in the egg mixture and leave to soak for 5 minutes
  9. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
