Ingredients
- 150 g dairy free spread
- 150 g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g gluten free self raising flour
- 1 apple peeled, cored and diced
- 150 g cherries halved and stones removed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 oC
- Whisk together the dairy free spread and caster sugar until light and fluffy
- Whisk in the eggs one at a time
- Mix through the flour, diced apple and cherries
- Divide between 6 muffin cases
- Bake in the oven or 25 minutes
