  • 150g gluten free pasta shells
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 150g cubed smoked bacon
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 150ml dairy free cream
  • salt and pepper, for seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • large handful of dairy free cheese, grated


  1. Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet
  2. Place a shallow pan over a medium heat and add the onion, bacon and garlic
  3. Saute for 5 minutes
  4. Stir in the dairy free cream
  5. Simmer for a couple of minutes
  6. Season with salt and pepper
  7. Sprinkle in the oregano and grated cheese
  8. Stir until the cheese has melted then mix in the pasta
