• 200g gluten free pasta
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 200ml dairy free cream
  • large handful of dairy free cheese
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


  1. Cook the gluten free pasta per the instructions on the packet
  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large shallow pan
  3. Stir in the garlic cloves and cherry tomatoes
  4. Sauté for 5 minutes
  5. Pour in the cream and simmer for a couple of minutes
  6. Season with salt and pepper
  7. Stir in the grated cheese and basil
  8. Cook for another minute
  9. Stir in the cooked pasta and serve immediately
