  • 1 banana
  • 250 ml dairy free milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • pinch ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger


  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender
  • Blitz until smooth
  • Pour into a glass and sprinkle with some extra cinnamon
