Gluten and Dairy Free Cajun Prawns
Spicy cajun prawns served with cooling avocado and tortilla chips for dipping.

Ingredients
- 150 grams prawns cooked and peeled
- 1/2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- 1 ripe avocado
- salt and pepper for seasoning
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 cherry tomatoes finely diced
- 60 grams tortilla chips
Instructions
- Mash the avocado until smooth
- Stir in the lime juice, garlic, tomatoes and season with salt and pepper
- Spoon into two small bowls
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat
- Add the prawns, cajun spice and season with salt and pepper
- Cook for a couple of minutes
- Serve the prawns with the avocado and tortilla chips
