  • 300g gluten free spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 350g prawns
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 300g passata
  • 125ml dairy free cream
  • 2 teaspoons mixed herbs
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


  1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti per the instructions on the packet
  2. In a large pan place the olive oil and garlic on a medium heat
  3. Add in the onion, prawns and cajun seasoning
  4. Saute for 5 minutes
  5. Add in the passata, cream, mixed herbs and season with salt and pepper
  6. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes
  7. Stir through the spaghetti and serve
