Cajun Cheese Prawn Broccoli Pasta

  • 180 g gluten free pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1/2 small broccoli cut into small florets
  • 150 g prawns peeled and prepped
  • 150 ml dairy free cream
  • 40 g dairy free cheese grated
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


  • Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet and set aside
  • Place the drizzle of olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat
  • Add in the garlic, onion, pepper and broccoli and stir fry for 5 minutes
  • Add in the prawns and cook for another 3 minutes
  • Sprinkle on the cajun seasoning and cook for a minute
  • Pour in the dairy free cream and simmer for a couple of minutes
  • Stir in the dairy free cheese and season to taste
  • Stir in the cooked pasta and divide between two bowls
