Serves 2


  • 250g beef steak, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 pepper, cut into chunks


  1. Place the beef olive oil, oregano, paprika, garlic, onion and peppers into a bowl
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Stir until everything is well coated
  4. Thread onto the skewers
  5. Heat a grill pan on medium to high
  6. Cook the kebabs for 2 minutes on all four sides
  7. Serve with crispy potatoes and a tomato salad
