Ingredients
- 250g beef steak, cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 pepper, cut into chunks
Directions
- Place the beef olive oil, oregano, paprika, garlic, onion and peppers into a bowl
- Season with salt and pepper
- Stir until everything is well coated
- Thread onto the skewers
- Heat a grill pan on medium to high
- Cook the kebabs for 2 minutes on all four sides
- Serve with crispy potatoes and a tomato salad
