Ingredients
- 1 eating apple peeled and grated
- 55 g gluten free oats
- 2 tsps cocoa powder
- 200 g dairy free natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cherries halved and pitted
- 2 squares dairy free dark chocolate grated
- mixed berries to decorate
Instructions
- Mix together the grated apple, gluten free oats, cocoa powder, dairy free natural yoghurt, cherries and maple syrup
- Divide between two glasses and chill in the fridge overnight
- Top with the mixed berries and grated dark chocolate
