  • 1 eating apple peeled and grated
  • 55 g gluten free oats
  • 2 tsps cocoa powder
  • 200 g dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cherries halved and pitted
  • 2 squares dairy free dark chocolate grated
  • mixed berries to decorate


  • Mix together the grated apple, gluten free oats, cocoa powder, dairy free natural yoghurt, cherries and maple syrup
  • Divide between two glasses and chill in the fridge overnight
  • Top with the mixed berries and grated dark chocolate
