  • 55 g gluten free oats
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 100 ml dairy free milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsps cherries
  • 2 tbsps mixed berries


  • Mix together the gluten free oats, mashed banana, dairy free milk and maple syrup
  • Divide between two glasses and chill in the fridge overnight
  • Top with the cherries and mixed berries
  • I decorated with some extra sliced banana and a little dairy free dark chocolate
