Bacon, Egg and Cheese Burritos

  • 2 gluten free tortilla wraps
  • 4 slices smoked bacon
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsps dairy free milk
  • 1 tsp dairy free spread
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 2 tbsps dairy free cheese grated


  • Add a drizzle of olive oil into a shallow pan
  • Cook the bacon until crisp, about 4 minutes on each side
  • Set aside whie you cook the eggs
  • Whisk together the eggs and dairy free milk
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Add 1 tsp of dairy free spread into a pan over a medium heat
  • Scramble the eggs for a couple of minutes
  • Microwave the gluten free tortilla wraps for 30 seconds
  • Fill with the bacon, eggs and dairy free cheese
  • Roll up each tortilla and serve
