Gluten and Dairy Free Apple Pie Bites

For the filling:

  • 150 g gluten free digestive biscuits
  • 55 g dairy free cream cheese
  • 50 g dairy free white chocolate melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons apple sauce

For the coating:

  • 200 g dairy free white chocolate melted
  • Ground cinnamon for dusting


  • Place the gluten free digestives, dairy free cream cheese, dairy free melted white chocolate, cinnamon and apple sauce in a blender
  • Blend until it forms a soft cookie dough consistency
  • Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes
  • Roll into 12 small balls
  • Dip in the melted dairy free white chocolate and place on a sheet of parchment paper
  • Dust with a little cinnamon
  • Chill in the fridge until the chocolate has set
