Ingredients
For the filling:
- 150 g gluten free digestive biscuits
- 55 g dairy free cream cheese
- 50 g dairy free white chocolate melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons apple sauce
For the coating:
- 200 g dairy free white chocolate melted
- Ground cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
- Place the gluten free digestives, dairy free cream cheese, dairy free melted white chocolate, cinnamon and apple sauce in a blender
- Blend until it forms a soft cookie dough consistency
- Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes
- Roll into 12 small balls
- Dip in the melted dairy free white chocolate and place on a sheet of parchment paper
- Dust with a little cinnamon
- Chill in the fridge until the chocolate has set
