  • 1 sheet gluten and dairy free pastry I used Jus-Roll
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3 apples cut into slices
  • 6 tbsps apple sauce
  • 3 tbsps brown sugar
  • 4 tbsps gluten free plain flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsps icing sugar
  • 4 tsps dairy free milk
  • 30 g dairy free spread


  • Prehat the oven to 180 oC
  • Cut the pastry sheet into 6 squares and place on a baking sheet
  • Brush with the beaten egg
  • Mix together the dairy free spread, brown sugar, gluten free flour and cinnamon into a crumble
  • Place a tablespoon of apple sauce in the middle of each pastry, top with the sliced apple and sprinkle of the crumble
  • Bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes
  • Mix together the icing sugar and dairy free milk
  • Drizzle over the pastries before serving
