Ingredients
- 80g gluten free oats
- 180g dairy free natural yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 oC
- Mix together the oats, yoghurt, honey, eggs, cinnamon and chopped apple
- Divide between two individual casserole dishes
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
- Enjoy warm
