Ingredients

  • 80g gluten free oats
  • 180g dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 oC
  2. Mix together the oats, yoghurt, honey, eggs, cinnamon and chopped apple
  3. Divide between two individual casserole dishes
  4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
  5. Enjoy warm
