Makes 8


  • 200g dairy free dark chocolate, melted
  • 8 teaspoons almond butter


  1. Place 8 cupcake cases on a plate
  2. Put a small amount of the melted chocolate in the bottom of each paper case
  3. In the centre drop a teaspoon of almond butter
  4. Cover the top with a layer of chocolate
  5. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes or until set
  6. Remove the paper cases and enjoy
