Ingredients
- 2 eating apples
- handful of sultanas
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dairy free spread
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180oC
- Core each of the apples
- In a small bowl mix together the sultanas, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and lemon juice
- Stuff the core of the apples with the sultana mix
- Place a spot of dairy free spread on top of each apple
- Bake in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes
