  • 2 ripe avocados
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 teaspoons corinader leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chilli paste
  • 1/2 ripe tomato
  • salt & pepper for seasoning


  • Combine the avocados, lime juice, red onion, chilli and tomato and either mash or blitz in a food processor
  • Transfer into a small bowl and add the coriander leaf and season to taste with salt and pepper
