  • 4 red rooibos tea bags
  • 500 ml water
  • 950 ml apple juice
  • 2 peaches sliced


  • Place the tea bags in a large jug and pour in the boiling water
  • Leave to infuse for 5 minutes
  • Remove the teabags and pour in the apple juice
  • Add in the sliced peaches and chill in the fridge until you are ready to drink
  • Serve in large glasses with ice
