Hello everyone, it was really cold here the other morning so I decided to make Gluten and Dairy Free Caramelised Apple Porridge for breakfast. I can’t wait for it to get warmer, the sun has come out a few times in Scotland but it is still pretty cold. In my opinion it is still porridge for breakfast weather! Today I’ve topped my porridge bowl with some caramelised apples.
At least the clocks have gone forward now. To me that means more opportunity to take photographs at dinner time with better natural light. I’ve got a few new recipes on the list to photograph including Easy Schezwan Prawns, Pasta Pepperonata and Cheese and Tomato Risotto.
