Hello everyone
As this will be my last post before Christmas I wanted to take the opportunity to wish everyone a happy Christmas. I know that Christmas will be a bit different this year to what people had originally planned but here’s hoping 2021 shapes up to be a better year.
Final Christmas recipe of 2020 is for a peppermint white hot chocolate. It might sound a bit sickly but because it is made with real (dairy free) white chocolate it is less sweet than syrups and you can also adjust how much chocolate you use. As I am a coffee addict I have also made this with a shot of espresso in and it works very well with the peppermint.
