Trying to be a bit more organised with my recipes this week – I just ran out of time last week and you got everything on Friday and Saturday! It was a busy but fun weekend with my niece’s third birthday and also my birthday. We were both spoiled by everyone and of course shared a gluten and dairy free cake. When I get five minutes I’ll have look at the birthday cake photos and see what I can share with you guys – it was a berry and white chocolate Madeira cake.
Today’s recipe is a bit healthier than the aforementioned madeira cake but is still super tasty. I’ve made a quick overnight oats flavoured with cocoa and cherries. This is a great prep ahead breakfast for those mornings when you want a healthy start but don’t have a lot of time.
