When we went into lock down I had this grand plan I would be doing online yoga everyday! Unfortunately I’ve yet to start – maybe this weekend will the one I actually make the effort. I’m also planning to do some baking this afternoon – I’m thinking either chocolate chip buns or strawberry and lemon muffins.
Last week I shared with you a recipe for gluten and dairy free smoked salmon tarts. If that recipe is on your list to try and you have any leftover smoked salmon then you might want to use it to today’s breakfast idea. I love making baked omelettes because I’m a bit of a lazy cook. Anything that can be mix together quickly in a bowl and put in the oven is my kind of recipe.
