The other day when I was a walk I can across this little community project. Local residents have been painting stones and placing them along the side of the pavement down at the waterfront area. It goes on for ages and each stone is completely different.
Today’s recipe makes a perfect side dish at a BBQ, part of a light snack lunch or served as a starter. It is also super easy to put together and is naturally gluten and dairy free. A spiced cajun prawn sits on top of crushed avocado and a slice of refreshing cucumber.
