For me, chia seeds fall into the category of things I never tried before being coeliac but now eat all the time! Chia seeds deliver a massive amount of nutrients, antioxidants, fibre and protein making them a great start to the day. I also like the fact that you can prep a couple of pots of this for a quick breakfast during the week.
