I used to think smoothie bowls were just for the summer but they definitely have a place on my winter breakfast list. This time of year I can start to over indulge in festive treats so starting the day with something healthy always makes me feel a bit brighter!
Rather than lazying around on Sunday morning I’ve managed to prep a lot of next week’s food which always helps me eat better. I’ve made a tomato and salmon pasta, Cajun prawns and a creamy chicken and mushroom soup which has put me in a good mood for the week ahead.
